I hope this finds you well.I want to thank you for the wonderful exercises on sitting on your website. I have been having a terrible time trying to sit at my computer and write, and I think these exercises are saving me! I am so grateful to find them.
I have been using your exercise EVERY TIME I sit down and especially at the computer. I am having NO BACK PAIN from sitting at the computer as I usually do.
