Letting Go and Organisation
The Bahat Method integrates Rolf`s Structural Integration, Trager and Paula methods.
Structural Integration is a most effective method for organizing the structure of the body as symmetrical as possible around its own central axis. Herby it is most efficient in working with imbalances as scoliosis and the effects of a slipped disc or any physical body pain.
Trager is most effective in teaching how to let go, and how to release unnecessary muscles holdings, and how to move effortlessly and how to feel light and easy in the body.
Paula method is most effective in regaining the natural movement for healing purposes, it is known in its efficiency in cases of incontinence, prolapse and breathing problems.
The Bahat Method is efficient because it is using all this 3 methods as needed and most of the time combines them together to one very beneficial method!
